KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process — It is a direct energy transmission that awakens one’s kundalini energy, also described as our ultimate life force, inner fire, qi, or prana.

Once activated, kundalini enables the body’s natural ability to tap into healing, clearing, and alignment to intuition. Because life force energy is the essence of life that flows through all living things, everyone is more or less sensitive to this process that helps activate it.

✥ What happens during a session?

You lie down on a mat, close your eyes, and open to receiving the energetic transmission. I walk around move energy to different chakra/meridian points on your body. Expressions of your energy clearing may include body shaking, emotional release, visuals and third-eye opening, bliss states, and more.
