You can’t love something you don’t have a connection with yet. 
Before you focus on self - love, try establishing a relationship with yourself first.

A lot of us are disconnected from our bodies and that’s why when we hear “listen to our bodies” many of us have no clue how to interpret how we are feeling.

Good places to start? 
— Grounding
— Dancing
— Walking with no music/no distractions
— Incorporating meditation
— Focusing on breath work
— Taking a 3 min ice cold shower daily
— Keeping a food journal
— Practicing Pilates or Yoga
