Sometimes feeling frightened can be fun, during a scary movie or a spooky carnival attraction, for instance. When the movie ends, I return to the world as I know it. I may have been scared, but I realize I was always safe.

My experience of life can be similar. Whether I’m trying to do something for the first time, going out on a limb, or even risking my heart by sharing myself with someone I trust, the experience can be scary.

I can assuage my fear by reminding myself I am safe in God, no matter the circumstance. Knowing and trusting this spiritual truth makes my life the adventure it was meant to be.

I am a divine being, wondrously and abundantly blessed and poised to do amazing things. I do not shrink from life. I embrace it.❤

When I feel less than my best I pause, remembering that no matter what I am facing, the presence and power of God is within me. Divine strength is mine, my power to persevere through even the most arduous circumstances, accessing my divine healing potential to help myself through any challenge. Through my spiritual gift of imagination, I visualize healing light illuminating my body. Through my faith, I believe in my body’s innate ability to heal and restore itself to functionality.

I feel grateful for every part of my body—how wonderfully it is made and how it has served me throughout my life. I give thanks for the power within that restores and renews my body and mind. I am grateful for my healing. ❤

I am one with the Divine. This means everything God is—love, peace, power—I am too. This awareness keeps me grounded in spiritual truth, especially when the weight of the world feels heavy upon my shoulders.

When I identify with the things of the world, I may feel powerless, at the whim of other people’s preferences or at the mercy of uncertain circumstances.

But when I see myself as the divine being I am, I transcend the limits of the world, rise above its concerns, and keep its troubles in necessary perspective.

I am a powerful spiritual being, in the world but not of it. I feel the life, love, and power of God expressing as me, and I bless the world by using this power for the good of all beings.❤
