The Community Leadership Alliance, dedicated to maintaining-improving quality of life through neighborhood services in the great city of San Francisco since 1981. PUBLIC/COMMUNITY MEETING INFORMATION: Our monthly "Lower Polk Business Collaborative" are held the last Wednesday of each month. CLA meetings on general city wide topics and Liquor License applications and licensing issues are held on an adhoc basis. ( Open to the public ) Meeting Location: CLA meetings are held at the San Francisco Main Public Library, 100 Larkin Street. The Duboce Triangle "HEART of the TRIANGLE" meetings are held on an adhoc basis and at either the Northern Police Station's community room, or the Harvey Milk Center. The "Lower Polk Business Collaborative" meetings are held at Playland Bar's upstairs space 1351 Polk Street, and on the last Wednesday of each month from 5-6pm .
