“Clinical Camp” is an opportunity for bright and motivated teenagers to learn more about themselves and the world. We introduced SF Clinical Camp last year to fill a void – allowing motivated, bright teenagers to learn more about themselves and the world.

This is NOT treatment, but rather a fun and educational experience for teens. We learn about Freud; subjectivity and defenses (and how defenses impact our subjective sense of self). We learn about dreams and slips of the tongue. We also learn about culture, the impact of culture on the individual and the family; about individual and family developmental models. We finished up with a pretty sophist

[01/19/16]   Gearing back up for another great year! We are really excited and looking forward to a great experience.

[06/16/15]   Had our first day of Clinical Camp. We had so much fun with really bright motivated campers! Wednesday we will talk about subjectivity, psychological defenses and how the two interact.

Also, we really want to thank our campers for their participation and enthusiasm! I personally want to thank the staff as well for a job really well done! 06/30/2014

There's still time to sign up for San Francisco Clinical Camp! Our first camp begins next Monday, June 16th on the campus of San Francisco State University!

Register now! Why do we do the things we do? Despite our best attempts to "know thyself," the truth is that we often know astonishingly little about our own minds, and even less about the way others think. 06/05/2014
