"Alzheimer's is the only one of the top 10 causes of death in the U.S. that CANNOT be prevented, treated, or even slowed down."
My grandmother suffered and died from this horrible disease so you bet I'm going to do all I can to protect myself and those I love from this fate. If this is not motivation to clean up your lifestyle, exercise, and read a book, I don't know what would be.
