Imposter syndrome usually doesn’t hit at your worst.

It hits right before your next level—when you’re about to be more visible, more responsible, more seen.

That spike isn’t proof you’re not ready.
It’s often a sign you’re at the edge of growth.

Your old level had comfort rules. Your new level has exposure.
The goal isn’t to eliminate the thoughts before you move—
it’s to move with them and let your actions update your identity.

💖 C*C starts today. If you want to join Day 1 live (or get the replay), DM me C*C and I’ll send the link.

Question: What’s your “next level” moment right now—speaking up, applying, sharing, or changing direction?

Boundaries aren’t just saying no to other people.
They’re also about saying no to noise—so you can hear what’s true.

That’s what the free 3-day Claim Your Calling Challenge is designed to do: help you cut through expectations, fear, and overthinking—then leave with clear next steps you can act on right away.

Here’s what past attendees said:

✨ “Nicole’s workshop helped me cut through the noise, clarify my calling, and walk away with concrete next steps I could act on right away.” —D.G.

✨ “For the first time, someone articulated what I’ve been feeling—and I didn’t feel alone anymore. The WHY tool is something I’ll use again and again.” —M.M.

✨ “After the Challenge, I finally felt like I could get my priorities in line—and move forward with a plan.” —B.B.

C*C starts Mar 3–5 at 11am PT (replays included).

If you’re the dependable one, you’re also the default one.

I realized I was the default when I caught myself thinking:
“If I don’t do it, it won’t get done.”

I didn’t say it out loud… but I lived it.
Showing up. Solving. Covering. Carrying. Because I could.

And the cost was sneaky:
guilt when I said no, resentment when I said yes,
and that constant low-grade exhaustion that comes from being trapped by your own competence.

The reframe that helped me:
Dependable isn’t the problem. Default is.

So I started practicing tiny, respectful boundaries:
“I can’t.” (full sentence)
“I can do X, not Y.”
“I’m not available for that this week.”

✨ Where are you carrying more than your share right now—at work or at home?

If you’re stuck in “almost ready,” it’s rarely a capability problem. It’s usually safety.

Perfectionism can be the way we avoid being seen:
not speaking up, not applying, not sharing—because it isn’t perfect yet.

A boundary isn’t only saying no to other people.
It’s also saying no to the internal rules that keep you stuck—and choosing safe enough → next step.

If you want a calmer process to get clear and move forward, my free 3-day Claim Your Calling (C*C) Challenge starts Mar 3–5 at 11am PT (replays included).

I used to think “no” would disappoint people…
so I’d soften it, explain it, or avoid it.
And then I’d feel resentful later. 🫠

Here’s what I learned the hard way:
a clear NO protects the YES your life is asking for.

Not because you’re “confident.”
Because you’re practicing clarity—one rep at a time.

Try this boundary script (steal it):
“I can’t commit to that right now.”
“I can do ____ instead.”

If you want, comment NO and I’ll reply with 3 more boundary one-liners you can copy/paste.

“I should be happy.”
Ever had that thought… and then felt guilty for it?

Because maybe your job is stable.
Maybe your life is objectively “fine.”
Maybe you achieved what you once worked hard for.

And yet… you feel restless. Like you’re living slightly outside yourself.

Here’s what I want you to know: restlessness is not the opposite of gratitude.
You can appreciate what you have… and still recognize something isn’t aligned anymore.

That’s not failure.
That’s growth.

I wasn’t burnt out. I was disconnected—and it took me years to notice.

For a long time, I chased the version of success that looks good on paper:
the title. the praise. the productivity. the “I’m doing everything right” checklist.

And from the outside? It worked.
I was capable. reliable. high-performing.

But internally… I felt off.
Not dramatic burnout—more like a quiet disconnect.
Like I was living someone else’s definition of a good life.

The turning point was realizing this:

Achievement can be real… and still not be true.

Success is external. Alignment is internal.
Success is “I’m doing what’s impressive.”
Alignment is “I’m doing what’s honest.”

And when you’re a high-achieving woman, it’s easy to confuse the two—
because you’ve been rewarded your whole life for being competent, accommodating, and consistent.

So here’s the question I come back to:

Does this life actually fit me—now?

✨ If this resonates, comment FIT or share one area where you’re choosing “fit” over “impressive” lately.
(And if you’d rather keep it private, DM me FIT).
