8 weeks, 4 workouts per week, 30-40 minute a workout. That is what created my transformation. *. At the beginning of this year I thought I could do nothing to change my body. I was beginning to buy into “it’s my age.” I was 48 and it was beyond my control, right? Wrong! I found Beachbody On Demand. I started 80 Day Obsession and realized I had been buying into the story I was telling myself. I did the program and changed my nutrition. In September I started LIIFT4 and changed my body even more. The number on the scale will not change the person you are inside. But doing the work to change the number will build confidence, self esteem and overall fulfillment with your life.
