8 weeks, 4 workouts per week, 30-40 minute a workout. That is what created my transformation. *. At the beginning of this year I thought I could do nothing to change my body. I was beginning to buy into “it’s my age.” I was 48 and it was beyond my control, right? Wrong! I found Beachbody On Demand. I started 80 Day Obsession and realized I had been buying into the story I was telling myself. I did the program and changed my nutrition. In September I started LIIFT4 and changed my body even more. Do you have a story you tell yourself about why you are carrying around extra pounds, or not as lean as you want to be, or you are just not happy with yourself? *. The number on the scale will not change the person you are inside. But doing the work to change the number will build confidence, self esteem and overall fulfillment with your life. That is why everyday I get up and hit play. I can workout at home. I have an easy to follow nutrition plan. And you can too! I can coach you through a program. You can start to make the changes now before all of the holiday craziness begins. You will be much better off in a program with me during the holidays than just hoping it all works out. My Favorite quote has been the same for many years. “There is No Joy Without Gratitude.” I love it because it reminds.me that in order to be happy we must be grateful. I am so lucky that I get to do what I love everyday! I get to spend an hour each day with amazing people who are working toward their best lives. I get to push them to challenge themselves and go after what they want in life. And if I am lucky I make them step outside of their comfort zone. Because when we get uncomfortable we grow! And personal growth makes life so much more fulfilling.

Last week a woman came up to me after class and made my day! She said, "Thank you. Friday is my therapy session with you in the spin room. I can't wait until Friday every week." How lucky am I that I can help people feel better after they leave my class? It is my ultimate hope that I will say something while I am on the mic that will touch one person in the room. That I will say one thing that will make their life better.

Now I get reach a larger audience because I am coaching fitness and nutrition online. So now I actually get to coaching women on the east coast and women who do not belong to the clubs I teach at. And you better believe I add in a healthy does of personal development! I'm so thankful that my career and passion are one and the same!

In 4 weeks I made a transformation. I committed to working out 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes. I committed to a nutrition program. I committed to myself. It was not easy but it was worth it. I am halfway through this program and seeing results. You can live your best life and start tomorrow. I can coach you through an online fitness and nutrition program. You can join an amazing group of women who are also on the same journey. We hold each other accountable and cheer each other on. You just have to decide you want to put yourself and your health first. If you want to know more leave me a message below or privately. Accountability! I am trying to keep myself in track while away from home for the next 2 weeks. And posting my progress is a great way to achieve this.

I am on day 60 of 80 Day Obsession and I am not going to ruin my progress. So I will get up and do my workouts! I have already planned out my 80 Day workouts. They are mixed up a bit but I will get them all in! And when your workouts are right on your phone you don’t have excuses!

I will try to make good nutrition decisions at every meal. Nutrition is my bigger challenge! Eating out is not my favorite thing to do! It completely stresses me out! So easy to go off the rails. So I am committed to eating veggies most!

Setting a goal and feeling determined in achieving it!
