Hi, I’m Lisa Fabry, plant-based nutritionist, yoga therapist and author of Divine Vegan Desserts. I help people become healthier and happier with simple, nourishing practices of eating, moving and thinking well.
I create a customised program for each person. Everything is tailored to you – who you are, what lights your fire, what really makes you shine. Whether you are looking for ways to bring more balance into your daily life, or manage injury or illness - nutrition and the tools of yoga can help you.
Good nutrition assists with many diverse health conditions and can bring about enormous shifts in mental health too. I follow a plant-based diet because I know it works best for me, for my body, mind and spirit. I will help you find a healthy way of eating that fits your moral perspective, likes and dislikes, health needs, budget and time restrictions.
Yoga therapy facilitates awareness and brings about positive change helping you to heal yourself through the guided use of different yoga practices. This might include physical exercise, breathing, yoga philosophy, mudra, chanting, meditation or mindfulness techniques. Your programme will be individually tailored for you and your current level of ability and interest.
