Hi, I’m Lisa Fabry, plant-based nutritionist, yoga therapist and author of Divine Vegan Desserts. I help people become healthier and happier with simple, nourishing practices of eating, moving and thinking well.

I follow a plant-based diet because I know it works best for me, for my body, mind and spirit. Yoga therapy facilitates awareness and brings about positive change helping you to heal yourself through the guided use of different yoga practices. This might include physical exercise, breathing, yoga philosophy, mudra, chanting, meditation or mindfulness techniques. Your programme will be individually tailored for you and your current level of ability and interest.
