Did you know?

Every time you have a THOUGHT your brain releases chemicals…

When you have GOOD THOUGHTS, happy thoughts , hopeful thoughts , positive thoughts, your brain releases chemicals that make you feel good.

Immediately your hands get warmer and dryer, your muscles become more relaxed,
Your breathing is slower and deeper and your heart rate variability goes up ( a sign of heart health)

When you have SAD THOUGHTS, hopeless thoughts, helpless thoughts, stressful, anxious thoughts… immediately , your hands get cooler, wetter, your muscles become more tense, your breathing becomes more shallow and erratic and your heart rate variability goes down (a sign of heart health)

To increase those positive thoughts think LOVE,JOY, PEACE or say a GRATITUDE.
Release more of those feel good chemicals.

This is an easy to do daily practice that will improve your life immediately.

I have been in the fitness industry for 20+ years, living a fitness lifestyle, as well as a competitive endurance athlete. I feel I have inspired and motivated many to MOVE DAILY teaching over 20,000 classes. My philosophy is “Mix is up as often as you’d like, as many times as you’d like, just get in the routine of moving for life; cardio, strength, stretch, and have fun doing it.”

COVID changed my business…
We stopped working out in person and moved to zoom. The zoom workouts quickly morphed in to talk sessions… on topics such as
“self Improvement,” “the Importance of a positive mindset”, “creating and sticking to good habits” and how many people these days are just feeling “blah or stuck”.
The feedback on how helpful these sessions have been, has been so positive. I learned I was making a bigger impact in clients’ lives, and quickly, so I want to extend my reach.

Mental fitness is a vital part of wellbeing, impacting your thoughts, behaviors and emotions… our quality of life. We can easily Re program our minds with positive repetition just like we would building up a bicep muscle at the gym. I can help you put together your plan.

Heres what I am getting at:
I have shifted my focus from physical fitness coaching to mental and emotional fitness coaching. There is a huge market for people that need a non judgement sounding board or a little nudge to remove obstacles to get to a better self and a better life… basically, “ get out of your own way.”
Yes, keep moving daily AND, train your mind to become more aware of your thought patterns and emotions so that you can deal with stressors in a positive way and have a more positive outlook overall…Let’s Raise your Vibe!! I want to be in your corner!
