Holding the Highest Consciousness in Troubled Times

The headlines these days are certainly disturbing. It's so important when we get caught up in the drama of our human roles to remember that we are not only human -- especially when so many, including those in positions of power, are not aware of this Truth.

We can pay attention to the news, take appropriate action at the human level, and at the same time do our best to continue living The Awakened Way. (If you don't know what this is or how to do so, please visit www.TheAwakenedWay.org)

In awareness of our multidimensional reality, as we live out our human lives, I appreciate that social media, with all of its challenges, provides an opportunity to help us raise our consciousness. And hold the light in the darkness.

Some might say that Instagram posts and holding sacred space don't make a difference when faced with "real world" threats.

My greatest message to all of you when the world gets you down is THIS IS NOT THE ONLY WORLD.

Do not lose hope.

By remaining aware of the bigger picture, remembering that we are part of one big web, and radiating these truths to others, we truly make a difference.
