Just lead two fun yoga classes with Salesian Day Campers....over 40 children ages 4-8....so much fun! My way of giving back to the amazing Salesian community...thank you for all you do for the boys and girls!

Great day for a power yoga class with all this World Series energy still zooming around SF! Off to teach at a high school, last week had 16 teenagers in my class! Namaste!

Yoga with Laura Vicuna Preparatory Pre-K tomorrow. They sure have an amazing group of great 4 year old yogis! Thursday, it's off to a high school to lead two classes of power yoga....Yoga Bay SF is growing weekly! Thank you for your support. It's all for the kids! Namaste.

Teaching four days a week now! Today back to back power-yoga classes to lead at a high school...a challenge and also fun! Going to start a sunrise yoga class soon on the weekend...will keep you posted! Namaste!
