You are feeling healthy, more active, you have more confidence, people can notice the glow on your face, the stress is less even the period cycle is getting more regular

Numbers may drop or not, may increase or not but the numbers should not be the key reason for you to workout.

Numbers fluctuations could be for several reasons like bowel movements, periods, Water gain, stress etc.

Don't look at the numbers everyday that wouldn't take you anywhere instead observe the changes in your health, how are you feeling, what positive changes can you notice even the small ones just shift your focus and that will take you long way.

Day 2 of my daily yoga progress... Just in a day I was able to do more moves than yesterday. Loving this yoga routine. Love you Maa for the inspiration.

My meditation skills are getting better too. Thanks to for teaching me how to deep breath during meditation and how can you increase your focus.

I am not able to do my usual workouts or activities but the new things I am trying like yoga, stretching, meditation are giving me strength to go through with the recovery journey.

Don't be stiff, be flexible...if for any reason you are unable to do your usual stuff then find something new, challenge your comfort zone and explore.

Things I'm learning from Daniel G. Amen's book that helps me feel better fast, try this it might be beneficial for you too: love you πŸ’‹β€

1. When my feet hit the floor first thing in the morning I say to myself "today is going to be a great day"

2. Whenever a negative thought comes in mind I write it down and ask myself "is it really true or my mind is just creating a negative image of the situation"

3. Meditate and listen to calm meditative music whenever possible. (In my case whenever I'm not listening to my hard rock πŸ˜‰πŸ€˜)

4. Before I go to bed I count my blessings listing at least three.

5. After a negative thought I think what went well that day.

6. In a difficult situation I ask myself "whats there to be glad about in this situation?"
😊 (In my case yes I can't do a lot for 12 weeks but there is a lot of things I can do that I was unable to do before because I was always working out or traveling, now I get to complete my books, meditate etc.)

7. Everyday I will think of one person I appreciate, I will text or try to reach out to that person and tell them in a quick text or note. (Wait if I haven't texted you yet 😁)

Appreciate the small things that makes you smile. I can now stand without crutches. Recovering is going great apart from small ups and downs, good and bad days. I am happy because I successfully passed the 3 crucial weeks of my recovery time. Can't wait to start walking around without the crutches.

Dealing with Injuries is hard, it requires a lot of patience.
There are good days and bad days, don't be harsh on yourself after a bad day, it's alright to have a bad day or mood swings.

Self love is very important during this time, appreciate yourself for handling the situation, tolerating the pain, for resting to have a long-term recovery. Meditate.
