You're more than just the number on a scale.
There is a lot going on in your body than just dropping or increasing numbers.

You are feeling healthy, more active, you have more confidence, people can notice the glow on your face, the stress is less even the period cycle is getting more regular

Numbers may drop or not, may increase or not but the numbers should not be the key reason for you to workout.

Numbers fluctuations could be for several reasons like bowel movements, periods, Water gain, stress etc.

Don't look at the numbers everyday that wouldn't take you anywhere instead observe the changes in your health, how are you feeling, what positive changes can you notice even the small ones just shift your focus and that will take you long way.
