On the plate: roasted broccoli + sautéed carrots + oven roasted tenderloin. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Everything is simply seasoned with spices, herbs and healthy fats so we can ease into Monday. Have a great one!

Nothing beats curling up with a bowl of pasta 🍝 Especially with fun-shaped Fusilli pasta 🤗 This dish is so easy that there’s plenty of time to make our homemade vegan pesto. 🌿

Our low FODMAP pesto recipe on the blog is gluten, dairy and garlic free AND tastes amazing! I always have a bottle of garlic-infused olive oil so I can have the garlic taste without the symptoms. Add sautéed tomatoes, bell pepper and basil to the pasta with a side of protein to complete the dish 🙌🏻

Loving , especially this juicy pork chop 🤤 We don’t buy pork often, but all Butcher Box meat comes from organic and sustainable farms—keep it coming! Seared both sides to brown and then finished up in the oven at 350° Then found all the veggies I could and fried them up in a cast iron with a little coconut oil.

Pork tip: Season and sear around the edges, too. It renders the fat and makes the edges even tastier 🤗

Paleo waffles made from plantains are one of my favorite breakfasts that keep me satisfied for hours! This is a take on waffles with just a couple tweaks and I’ll be sharing it soon on my and my sisters blog. Meanwhile, you can check out Purely Twins’ recipes 🤗

There was a time I didn’t think I could enjoy all of the brunch goodies I would see all over Instagram because I am grain-free, gluten and dairy free. But Purely Twins seriously brought “brunch joy” back into my life! They have so many Paleo recipes from waffles and pancakes to donuts and sandwich bread. All made from plantains ❤️

Simply melt, mix, freeze, and then gift it to show a little love 💕 Or keep in the fridge for yourself... we won’t judge 😝It’s made by melting chocolate and adding your favorite trail mix goodies. This batch includes dried figs, crunchy nuts/seeds and gooey brown rice syrup. Kind of like a vegan caramel drizzle 🤗

This gluten-free pasta is one of the best, ever! More tender and light than other chewy gluten-free pastas. It’s by and made with cauliflower, parsnips and lentils. And it’s packed with 14g of protein per serving! Perfect for a or plant-based meal. We made it with nutritional yeast olive oil so it’s cheesy 🧀🙌🏻

Creamy, spicy butternut chicken curry is on the menu for tonight! On a brisk day like this, I just want to curl up on the couch with a bowl of something hot.

This curry is super easy, done on stove top while roasting butternut on the oven. It uses simple ingredients like curry powder salsa, and fresh ginger for the spice, and Kite Hill dairy-free yogurt for the creamy sauce. Love making this during the week so we have leftovers for lunch and serve it with cauliflower rice for a low carb, Paleo dish 🙌🏻

I woke up and this fried egg on top of “everything but the kitchen sink” was calling my name 😆 Sauteed veggies are the perfect way to use those ingredients that you didn’t cook during the week. And it’s the way to discover new combos, like bok choy + zucchini + bell pepper + sun-dried tomatoes + basil. I added a chicken sausage for a little extra protein too! I always like adding my cooked veggies on fresh greens dressed in olive oil and apple cider vinegar (acv helps digestion!) Now a paleo muffin sounds good right about now... let us know if you have any good recs 😍

We’re all about the beets, obvi 💁🏻‍♀️ But seriously, frozen beets from has turned our smoothie bowls into something quite colorful 💜 This beet açaí bowl is filled with anti-inflammatory and superfood ingredients. You can make it with banana, but it was sweet enough without. Usually we put yogurt in for the extra probiotics and creaminess, but we were out of it. Next time!! 🙌🏻
Ingredients: frozen beets, papaya, strawberries + super green and açaí powder + collagen protein + psyllium husk for fiber + coconut water, macadamia milk + salt • topped with seeds, cocoa nibs and honey.

Made our Simple Dairy-Free Frittata {recipe in bio link ☝🏻} with a veggie twist! 🍅🥬 I really do love frittatas: easy, versatile, and the fastest breakfast meal prep... ever. I like making a large one with 5-6 eggs and to bring a slice to work. Lasts all week! This time I sautéed tomatoes and kale in basil olive oil before I followed our 2-step recipe. Enjoy my friends! 🤗
