After spending the last month running on the adrenaline of fight, flight, or freeze, I used every bit of that charge in my body to stay on high alert—to rescue, to fix, to help put lives and psychology back together again. I channeled that energy into saving what I could, where I could. I rebuilt a nest for my family—a place to rest and settle into a new home and new normal.

I’ve done all of that, and now… finally, I can begin looking after me. I started by reaching out to my friends and community for emotional and spiritual support, decorating the Christmas tree with my family, and now I’m sitting here on my porch, sipping my green smoothie my body loves and enjoying the flowers friends have brought us.❤️

This is a gentle reminder to all the givers, fixers, and healers out there: make sure you fill your own cup, too. Take time to care for yourself—because you can’t pour from an empty cup. 🥰🙏🌟

I am learning a lot about myself and others right now.

I am Phoenixing.
Rising up from the fire and ash of what no longer serves our highest and best good.

Letting go.

Surrendering control.

I am in the flow of the co-creative manifestation journey which requires humility, faith, trust, and this foundation is built with kindness, love, compassion and sacred boundaries.

As I rebuild our lives I do so with divine orchestration leading every decision going forward.

I had been upset that my Oracle Cards and books were going to arrive late….

And now I am feeling incredibly grateful and blessed 😇 that they were late! It’s like guardians angels were looking after them. If they had been in our home they would have burned up in the fires.

They finally arrived yesterday!

I just delivered an order to Capricorn Spirit in Wellington and will be doing an Oracle Reading event there soon!!!
