Please register to join us for a dynamite discussion on Friday March 21 at 12:30PM EDT, entitled "Personal Responsibility or Public Health?"
With public health under attack from all sides, someone needs to stand up for the last 200 years of health improvement in America. A few months ago, Eat Real, my non-profit, helped draft the California state legislation that banned Red Food Dye #3.
A month later, it went national.

Today, we made history.
Schools meals are the key 🔑 to creating a healthier future for our kids? 🌱🍎
Assembly Bill 1264 in California is a game-changer, aiming to phase out ultra-processed foods from school cafeterias and improve kids’ health, learning, and overall well-being. With 30 million kids relying on school meals for up to 50% of their calories, it’s time to make sure they’re eating food that fuels their futures.
Let’s make our schools the best restaurant in town. 💚🍽️
A huge thank you to Dr. Michael Goran who is on Eat Real’s new medical advisory council, Dr. Ashley Gearhardt, Ph.D., , , and every Eat Real school district Nutrition Director partner who is showing us what’s possible with . 🙏

Biggest thanks to who introduced the highest real food standard push ever.

Babies are the canaries in the coal mine. If we fixed the food, toddler obesity could be stopped.
Hey, we're working on it... dyes first, then sugar, then fiber.
RFK is focused on the dyes. I'm focused on the other two.
