Happy New Year, Friends! It's been a wild welcome into 2023, and I'm grateful to be here, (re)anchoring into my purpose and intentions.Though I don't do formal resolutions, I do enjoy markers of time for self reflection. ✨

The whole, "new year, new you" is great... But really, the magic lies in coming back again and again to the unchanging, TRUE you: that wild creature whose heart and soul are wiser, clearer, and brighter than we sometimes remember.🔮

Honestly, you don't need to change anything about your true Self. There's nothing wrong with you. There's nothing you need to DO or fix. You're not broken. You're just another human being playing, fumbling, making mistakes, and experiencing this Life like the rest of us.  Though you may feel lost or broken at times (as we all do), you're not. Perhaps you just need some support + tools to clarify your purpose and remind you of your innate greatness! 💖

I know this time of year can be difficult for many. It's certainly been challenging for me as the first holiday season without my mom, a solopreneur running a business embarking on a new offering, and well.... Let's face it, life can be overwhelming, messy, and hard for ANY human at any time. But somehow, as we're coming into the shortest, darkest days of the year, it feels extra difficult.

What's been helpful to me are simple self-care practices, like eating well, hydrating, moving my body, resting, and CONNECTING (w/nature, friends, family, and my Pilates+ yoga communities). It's also helpful to have something to be inspired by and look forward to.

As you're wrapping up this year, consider what you want your life to feel like in 2023: Where do you want to BE when the light returns? Who do you want to EMBODY? How do you want to show up?

Imagine giving yourSelf the gift of your own presence, illuminating ALL your desires, all that you already are, and more! How would that transform you and how would that ripple out and impact those around you? Return to the core of your True Self, drop into the magic, and shine brightly with me in Mexico!
