Embark on a 12-week transformative journey designed for people seeking meaning amidst change and uncertainty.

Guided by compassionate coach, Nicole Griffin, we’ll delve into weekly group coaching sessions, integrate nervous system support practices, and connect with a supportive community of like-minded people.

Together, we’ll explore mindful strategies to overcome fear and doubt, cultivating inner resilience as we stretch beyond our comfort zones.

Sustainable change and growth cannot occur when our nervous systems are dysregualted. When we’re dysregulated, we’re stuck, burned out, anxious, and on autopilot.

By learning to regulate our nervous systems, we break free from the grip of chronic stress and maladaptive coping mechanisms such as rumination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, emotional eating, and endless scrolling.

Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and rest, we rewire our brains for healthier responses, opening the door to lasting behavior change and profound personal transformation.

I am SO excited to share my very first California retreat at

The Recalibrate Retreat is a nervous system and restorative yoga immersion.

I have been weaving nervous system work into all of my offerings over the past few years and the top question I am asked is, “sounds great but how do I use this?”

My answer is always, “it depends,” because the approach is so personalized.

This retreat will allow us time in person to delve deeper, experience different practices, and get a clearer sense of what YOU need to feel safer, more regulated, and more resilient.

We are headed to Turkey in 3-months for a highly curated and special retreat.

Join me for intentional cultural immersions + daily mindfulness and restorative yoga practices in my former home!

The retreat is split between Istanbul and Cappadocia, includes a private Turkish tour guide, and lots of special touches.

We will have an intimate, small group of travelers and there are still few more spots available.

Presence isn’t just about paying attention in the moment. It is also a quality of being that signals that you are in your power. You have a presence about you.

Can you see how these two interpretations of presence are connected?

In order to be able to be present in the moment, you first must feel at home and at peace within yourself. If you’re always running away from yourself, you’re always running period.

This is why pausing can feel so hard - because we don’t always want to face ourselves.

Brene Brown says “physical and emotional intolerance for discomfort is the primary reason we linger on the outsides of our stories, never truly facing them or integrating them into our lives. We disengage to self protect.”

What if we practiced presence by teaching ourselves to stay, by making peace with ourselves, and by building resilience to move through the discomfort instead of avoiding it? What if we saw presence as a skill that was valuable and that we could learn?

I believe that presence is the medicine we all need and that mindfulness, nervous system mastery, and rest practices help us connect with and express our most authentic selves.

I also know that when enough of us are practicing these skills as a collective, we create a ripple effect that really matters.
