Dr. Amor Santiago I am a health/nutrition/nonprofit business coach and offer massage for stress and sports performance. Welcome!

I am a state certified CMT and offer massage to relieve stress and to optimize sports performance. I'm an experienced health professional, a university educator, and a retired podiatrist with many years of experience in medical, in health and wellness services, along with executive leadership in nonprofit business. I use a combination of Swedish relaxation, sports and deep tissue techniques along

with Thai massage to provide a unique blend of massage styles to support your performance, health and wellness. As a medical professional and health educator, I will also provide health coaching involving nutrition and physical activity in my massage interaction with you. As a business coach, I can facilitate the development of your leadership skills and assist with focused issues you may be encountering. My style involves active listening to identify massage therapy and coaching goals and to ensure the best outcomes in our work together. This page will be a source of health and wellness information and will be used to promote massage as a regular health practice. I'll include information on stress, nutrition, physical activity and will answer some common questions. I hope friends and visitors will consider seeing me professionally for massage therapy and health/business coaching.
