These women. These leaders. I have never been more grateful — or more proud. They are truly some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. They cheer for everyone. They love big. The culture here? It brings me to tears.

Nearly 16 years ago, we pivoted and called this place home. And when I say it’s the best decision we’ve ever made for our family and the people we love… I mean it.

We’re having our biggest year yet — and I absolutely love what I do. ❤️

With hard work, heart, and a willingness to be coachable, these women are changing the game for the modern working mom and their families.

Because it’s not if life will hit — it’s when.

Here’s the truth → You’ve already done hard things. You’ve already proven resilience. You’ve already overcome challenges that required grit, sacrifice, and courage.

✨The weekend is here… and for many moms, that’s not always a break. 💼👩‍👧‍👦

Fridays can feel heavy for moms. Between job searching, keeping up with family demands, and kids’ activities that always seem to cost more, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. I see you. 💛

What I’ve learned is that sometimes, while you’re working toward your next career step, it helps to have a lifeboat—something flexible that provides breathing room financially and emotionally.

When I became a mom, I prayed for a life that allowed me to be present.

✅Making breakfast in the mornings
✅ Saying yes to every field trip
✅ Driving my kids to practices and activities (yes, even when I complained!)🤣
✅Yes even getting to the gym at 11am on a Monday

16 years ago, I made a bold decision to say yes to an opportunity that gave me freedom, flexibility, and the ability to lead in a whole new way. That choice not only changed my career path but also created a legacy for my family.🔥
