I am thrilled to be in Charlotte, North Carolina to continue working with Dr Brittany Anderson and her awesome team - This weekend I'm bringing the theory and practice of Embodiology into full bloom. We have been working virtually for the past 2 years and now we are going to bring the full effect. Starting with the teachers tomorrow we will begin with Dynamic Rhythm - as we always do. On Saturday I'll meet the precious, precious girls and their parents, together we will raise the vibration, inspiring these families to lean into STEAM - expanding logically from STEM. Living and moving through scientific inquiry is our goal. This is also a magical - yes magical time to build new coalition and strategies for liberating the mind, which is mapped throughout the whole body, so that we can bring balance to our communities and indeed be in relations of health with the living earth around us. See you tomorrow!

Will you join us for the first ever scientific forum on Embodiology? It is on October 2nd at noon pacific and it's virtual.

Our pilot study was funded by .institute and designed by Dr Dawn Bounds whose mission is to uncover pathways to mental health wellbeing for young people and more.

The study is entitled STREAM - Students who are Resilient, Empowered. self-Aware and Moving.

For me, the learning continues, as this is quite a distinct and unique approach to creativity. Science is indeed a creative endeavor and I'm thrilled that Embodiology's distinct West African informed approach to cultivating intrapersonal, social and creative intelligence through the wisdom of the body is being studied, adding to the field of therapeutic movement practices such a yoga and qiqong.

An interactive presentation to the students - it’s not an option, balancing is constant movement - from the micro to the macro. It’s a pleasure to share Embodiology with health professionals across the country striving to do all they can to aid our healing. They too much take best care of themselves, as without this foundation there’s a cascade of stressors that tip the balance to the negative. See you Zoom!

Meet our new teacher trainees, there’s a third person too, soon to be revealed. Anyhow here’s the awesome and extraordinary Kristine Manuel and Angela Sebastian. Their work and their thinking about this work marvels. We are on a journey together, of that there’s no doubt! With that said we are leaning into the vast terrain of salutogenesis - whiolesome well-being of body, mind spirit AND community. And yes, this has a great deal to do with how a person deals with the unknown.
