How about a year of radical, imperfect action? Just pushing past neurotic cages and doing the thing, whatever the thing is. Mistakes, imperfections and all.
How about a year of the intention to be intentional? Literally the intention to remember to pause, and set an intention.
How about a belief that setting an intention now will be highly effective? That starting NOW - on 12/31/23 (or at any other moment really.. but, NOW), setting an intention will actually work well, and be surprisingly easy for us… easy as 123123… ?

Hey y’all - I have something fun coming up!
This January 25-29 I am teaching yoga at a retreat/spiritual gathering on the white sand shores of the Gulf Coast of Florida. 🏖️

The 99% quartz crystal beaches make this area world famous for its beauty and healing properties. Several different facilitators will be offering a variety of vibe-raising workshops in things like sacred breath work, chakra alignment, a full moon ceremony, and more.

I am in charge of the yoga portion, so I will be teaching 4 bhakti vinyasa yoga classes - one practice per day, plus I will be leading a special kirtan/sound healing.
You can come for the whole retreat immersion experience, or you can stay nearby, and just pick and choose your classes like a local. 😎

The retreat house is located in Bradenton (fly into Sarasota or Tampa), and the cost is $1100 for the whole thing (including accommodations and delicious food) or $35 per class/workshop.

DM me and I will link you up with the sign up page and the organizer and you can go from there.
Don’t resist January in Florida and the chance to get all bhakti-ed out together… if this sounds good to you, let it be, and just come!
