Here's what the research actually says: 50–80% of people abandon new health behaviors within 8 weeks — not because they lack discipline, but because the program asked for more than their nervous system could sustain. When the load of our life -- in all areas includimg health, family, career, money, and more -- is greater than capacity, we can't do it all.
I built something different. It's called Stop Starting Over — a 4-week program where the daily breathing
practice is 2 minutes, missed days don't reset anything, and comebacks count as wins. At the beginning we're training manageability, consistency and frequency over intensity.
