It's not to late to join us for the Be The 1 in 3 Webinasr today at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.

My goal as facilitator is that by the end of the webinar, you will feel confident that you can be one of the 20-40% of people who master the skillset of functional, efficient breathing (that reduces symptoms) if you consistently follow a proven path.

Most people start breathing training with the best intentions — but only 1 in 3 actually sticks with it long enough to see real change.

Why? Because knowing what to do isn’t enough. You need the how — how to stay consistent, motivated, and confident that your effort is working.

Join me for a free live webinar: “Be the 1 in 3”
👉 Learn why most people quit breathing training — and how you can finally succeed.

Date: Sunday, November 16, 2025
Time: 5 pm PT; 7 pm CT; 8 pm ET; 9 am (November 17) Singapore/Malaysia
Duration: 60 minutes including Q&A
Format: Presentation + short guided breathing resets + interactive Q&A

Question of the Week: Have you ever caught yourself holding your breath in a stressful situation? What was happening at the time?

Breath-holding is a common but often unnoticed response to stress, fear, or deep concentration. Sometimes called “email apnea” or “freeze breathing,” it can leave you feeling tense, lightheaded, or even more anxious.

This week, start paying attention—do you ever hold your breath without realizing it? What triggers it for you? Share your experience in the comments!

Do you catch yourself holding your breath?

You're focused on work, scrolling your phone, or even just standing in line -- and suddenly you realize you haven't been breathing normally.

This is called screen apnea or email apnea, and it keeps your body in a low-grade stress state. The fix? Nasal breathing (or more gentle mouth breathing than usual to start) and longer exhales.

Coach Lisa will be teaching simple ways to correct this at the Fear-Breathing Reset Challenge March 24-26. Join us!

Question of the Weekend: What might be different in your daily life if you had more control over your breathing in moments of fear?

Fear and stress can hijack our breath, making it shallow, rapid, or even causing us to hold it without realizing. But what if, instead, you could use your breath to stay calm, clear-headed, and in control—no matter what life throws your way?

How do you think mastering your breath could change your experience of fear, stress, or uncertainty? Share your thoughts in the comments!

Join our free Fear-Breathing Reset for 45 minutes in the mornings Monday, March 24th to Wednesday, March 26th!

Question of the Week: How does your breath change when you feel nervous or overwhelmed?

Fear and stress don’t just affect your mind—they show up in your breathing, too. Do you notice your breath getting shallow, fast, or stuck when you're anxious? Maybe you catch yourself mouth breathing or even holding your breath without realizing it.

This week, take a moment to observe your breath when stress arises. What do you notice? Drop your thoughts in the comments!

Sometimes, your body knows you’re anxious before your brain catches on. Your BREATH is one of the first places fear shows up! Have you ever felt lightheaded, had a tight chest, or been unable to take a full breath—only to realize later you were stressed? That’s because fear changes your breath BEFORE you even recognize the emotion. Look for these signs:

1. Mouth breathing instead of nose breathing
2. Chest breathing instead of belly breathing
3. Frequent sighing or yawning
4. Feeling like you can’t get a deep breath
5. Holding your breath without realizing it

Let’s break this cycle! Join Breathing Retraining Center's free 3-Day Fear-Breathing Reset Challenge on March 24th to March 26th to learn how to shift from fear breathing to calm breathing.
