Super grateful for all those who attended today's meditation on gratitude and how to soothe an anxious heart. Hats off to Rain at Stillwater Meditation. She did such an amazing job facilitating our session. I feel so much calmer. She truly has a gift helping other find grounded presence. I can breathe again.

Hope you all can join us again next month for our mediation on cultivating peace. December 8th.

I will be back with more info as we get closer to the event.

Hello ! It has been so wonderful having this page up for so long now. The East Bay Healing Collective began in California’s Bay Area in 2009. I believe this page was created shortly after in 2010.

It is time to rebrand and create more of a global community… stay tuned for details about that!

In the meantime, this page will close soon… date TBD. Please follow my YouTube channel where some recent EBHC guided meditations live. More will be added soon for a complete list of what I have been able to offer since Mike McGarry’s change in health.
