Fasting or Time Restricted Eating !!
Your body has an amazing healing system which is way more powerful than any drugs or medicine .

There are many ways of doing it .
12 , 14 or 16 hrs of not eating .
🌱Easiest is 7pm-7 am .
Have dinner at 7 pm then breakfast
7 am or 9 am
Other popular methods:
* Eat-Stop-Eat: This involves fasting for 24 hours, once or twice a week, for example by not eating from dinner one day until dinner the next day.
* The 5:2 diet: With this method, you consume only 500–600 calories on two nonconsecutive days of the week, but eat normally the other 5 days.
