Fasting or Time Restricted Eating !!⁣⁣

Your body has an amazing healing system which is way more powerful than any drugs or medicine .⁣⁣
Fasting!म⁣⁣
There are many ways of doing it .⁣⁣
12 , 14 or 16 hrs of not eating .⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🌱Easiest is 7pm-7 am .⁣⁣
Have dinner at 7 pm then breakfast ⁣⁣
7 am or 9 am ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Other popular methods:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
* Eat-Stop-Eat: This involves fasting for 24 hours, once or twice a week, for example by not eating from dinner one day until dinner the next day.⁣⁣
* The 5:2 diet: With this method, you consume only 500–600 calories on two nonconsecutive days of the week, but eat normally the other 5 days.⁣⁣

Gratitude is that positive, warm, and fuzzy feeling you get when you recognize and appreciate something.⁣

Nowadays I consider myself a master at making delicious homemade smoothies that aren’t sugar bombs, but are nutritionally balanced with a mix of whole food ingredients containing all of the macronutrients (fats, carbs, and proteins) and loads of micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). 🫐🥬🥒🥕⁣⁣

This Mocca smoothie is filling, refreshing, and contains a nice blend of healthy omega-rich fats, protein power, energizing carbohydrates, and filling fibre ! 🥑☕️🌴⁣⁣
