Do you like to feel balanced and at ease through meditation? This Cleansing & Meditation Guide
with pietersite and sound will help your chakra alignment and boost your energy!

Pietersite is deeply cleansing to the auric fields and helps to align the chakras as it connects to chakras. Additionally, Pietersite helps aid in personal transformation and can lead to the state of samadhi a state of deep meditation.

🙏🏼 Meditation Practice!!! You’ll need Pietersite, Bells/singing bowl/rattle/keys What ever you have that makes a pleasant sound to your ears, a space that is quiet it can be a bedroom/closet/etc, and a place you can sit tall and comfortable perhaps on a pillow, in a chair, or against a wall.
Begin with a strong ring from your sound of choice take a deep breath and continue for three breaths; this clears the energy from your space and helps relax the mind into a meditative state, if you feel the need repeat for longer. Next while you continue your mindfulness of breath take your Pietersite in between both hands and place it down by your Root Chakra Inhale deeply from your root and exhale and imagine all tension leaving that space into the pietersite do this until you feel a lifting of energy from this space.

Slowly move up and repeat for each Chakra; Root❤, Sacral🧡, Solar Plexus💛, heart💚, Throat💙, Third Eye💜, and Crown💓. Once you have completed this you can either stay and breath in meditation or slowly come out and move back into your day energetically reset. Before you leave the space you can ring the sound of choice again to conclude your meditation. There is no allotted time limit to this practice, some days may take longer than others, but it is worth the reset! I always recommending this practice it is simple and truly allows you to honor yourself.🙏🏼

For this practice you can substitute Pietersite with Selenite
