The first time I heard about , I was skeptical…

Standing there at sunrise, wondering if I was doing it ā€œrightā€ā€¦

But within days, something shifted so profoundly in me that I couldn’t explain.

I was connecting with the Sun… the only visible source of life on our planet.

Sun became my guru… guiding me from within.✨

Sometimes, the simplest practices create the deepest transformations.

This is one practice I highly recommend… if it calls to you.

Here’s how you can begin:

• Start during sunrise or sunset… when the light is gentle
• Begin with just a few seconds… and slowly increase over time
• Stay present… observe your breath, your body, your thoughts
• Let it be a felt experience… not something to analyze

I’ve been studying the energetics of the human body for several years now, and one thing has become crystal clear: unprocessed emotions don’t just ā€œfadeā€ away... their imprint is held in your nervous system and in your energetic body.

Your body stores emotional energy.

And if it doesn’t get released, it shows up as physical, mental, and emotional stress...

Over time, that unresolved stress creates blockages in your energy centers aka chakras, leading to imbalances that can feel like anxiety, tension, fear, emotional reactivity, or low mental and physical energy.

Most of us get really good at distracting ourselves with noise... doing more, achieving more, staying busy... because it feels scary to touch what’s unresolved. So we shove it under the carpet and hope it will disappear some day.

But what isn’t processed is stored in your body as memory. And every time that memory gets triggered, your system goes back into that same panic state. That same emotional reactivity.

This is exactly the work I do .... helping you gently releasing stored emotional energy and restoring the natural balance of mind, body, and soul so you feel lighter, more aligned, and internally at ease.

On April 10, I’m guiding an in‑person chakra‑based inner journey, using breath, sound, and awareness to clear stuck energy and gradually drop into Shoonya state ... the void, the state of samadhi... where mind becomes still!!

She came to me after trying everything she thought would help.
Therapy. Medication. Different approaches.

But she still felt stuck in a cycle she couldn’t break.

Real healing begins when you go beyond the surface.

I’m just not made for thisā€¦ā€

I hear this all the time…
And honestly… it usually comes from the people who need it the most.

So here’s what’s really happening…

When you sit down to meditate… your mind doesn’t go quiet.
It actually becomes more active.

There’s a part of your brain called the default mode network…
this is the circuitry responsible for overthinking, replaying the past, worrying about the future.

The moment you stop the action…
this network lights up even more.

So your brain starts creating noise…
not because you’re failing…
but because you’ve finally stopped distracting it with tasks.

And that moment… feels uncomfortable and noisy…
It feels like ā€œthis isn’t working.ā€

But know that this isn’t a failure..
that is the practice.

Sitting in that discomfort of stillness…
Noticing your mind has wandered…
and gently bringing it back… again and again.

That repetition is literally changing the rewiring of your brain.

Over time… real biological shifts start happening…in your brain, your nervous system!

So the mind that resists meditation the most…
is actually the mind that needs it the most.

And especially for high performers…

Sitting in that discomfort of stillness… is not really about time.
It’s that your system is so used to constant action…
that stillness feels unfamiliar… and rest is registered as a threat to your nervous system.

But once you understand the science behind it…
you stop seeing meditation as failure…

And start seeing it as training.
