Your feedback makes a difference.

Every year, SCFHP checks in with members to learn what’s working and what we can do better. An outside representative may contact you by mail or phone on our behalf to ask you to complete a member experience survey. Filling out the survey is anonymous and optional. Completing the survey does not affect your benefits.

Your responses help guide improvements to our health plan.
