Find a place in your mind that you can visit to relax and feel calm. It can be an image of a place you’ve actually been or a place you’d like to go. Close your eyes, take 10 deep and meaningful breaths, and blow away all the stress. Breathe in calm and peace. Here is one of my new favorite images. This is located in Cancun along the beach. I can always imagine sitting here at one of these tables in the moonlight, eating good food, hearing the ocean waves and being by myself or with someone I love. I hope this little meditation helps you too.
