My Story

Empowering with health, wellness and positivity!

I started this page with a different intent a few years ago. It was centered around Fitness and more of an entertainment page that encompassed my career as an actor. Then, somewhere along with way, through many life experiences, that theme changed because I evolved and decided that I wanted to broaden what my purpose and passion was. Fitness is definitely one of my passions and I live a healthy lifestyle each day. But, Health & Wellness encompasses not only the physical, but mental and emotional aspects of daily life.

Empowerment is all about embracing one’s life and owning what you want and need and claiming it! I’m all about positivity! I love encouraging, motivating and inspiring people to be their BEST selves!!

This is my page that I dedicate to those who want to grow each day! Life is about growth and progress! I love seeing people happy and enjoying life!
