Here’s a photo a friend took this weekend of the beautiful full moon. The moon feels a little magical to me — it waxes and wanes, often beyond what we notice in the moment.

Then suddenly, you look up at the sky, and there it is—bright and full. But really, it’s been there all along, quietly shifting beneath the surface, like change bubbling up before it breaks into awareness.

Late afternoon zinnia moments ☀️

Sometimes the shifts my clients experience start this subtly—like a breath or a pause in the day that they didn’t know they needed.

These shifts aren’t always dramatic and may not feel directly tied to their sessions, but this work is ultimately around getting to live a life that supports your entire being.

Like an exhale that creates space for something new.

As we move into the last days of July, I’m noticing the shorter days and cooler mornings.

I want to pause more and drink in the summer, as fall whispers in the distance that, it won’t be long.

Colors will shift and the world around us will show us that time indeed is flying by. Fall is around the bend.

In light of this, it’s all the more important to honor the changes that you know are necessary and be in to you from within:

You deserve to be free.

Free from the lingering effects of experiences from long ago that set up patterns in your mind and body that no longer are helpful.

Free from the stress that lives in your body and has bearing on thoughts and feelings that affect your quality of life.

Free from the weight of beliefs that no longer serve you —or the pressure to carry it all alone.

Hypnotherapy is a way to reconnect with the kind of freedom that comes when we aren’t burdened by the lingering effects of trauma and outdated core beliefs and habits.

Change can feel hard, but it can be easier, which is my favorite thing about hypnotherapy.

There’s no place like home. It feels so good to stop moving and people-ing for a bit. So much is percolating within and my body is welcoming some downtime after the joyfully manic energy of HypnoThoughts. So much goodness—and now, enjoying a quiet summer morning on the last Saturday in July.
