The “painted ladies” are looking good for the holidays. I learned today that the blue one has her own agent. Yes, a house has a Hollywood agent so that it consistently gets the spotlight in movies and tv shows. Sometimes self-care is about switching things up. doing something different and learning new things. What have you learned lately?

If you’re looking for a fun family movie this holiday season, I recommend watching A Christmas Story Christmas Ralphie Comes Home. Now playing on HBO Max

I had the pleasure of experiencing a special screening in Dallas last week thanks to Elayna Fernandez - The Positive MOM. It was so much fun!

Here’s my mini review: Thumbs up 👍 good story, stayed with character arc from the original with a nice mix of nostalgia with a 70s modern edge. Great family movie.

Scale the Limit of your beliefs and let’s transform together

It’s not an accident that you found your way to us and we couldn’t be more excited about you being here! Like most of you, we know all too well about the struggles of weight loss and how difficult it can be to know that when it comes to every area of your life, you’ve been able to achieve some level of success, except for this one.

Let’s paint a possible picture: You have kicked butt in the business world, in your personal life, and heck, even volunteer work! For some reason, however, when it comes to dieting and losing those unwanted pounds, success has eluded you. Well, let’s take some of the pressure off of you right now by letting you know, this is more common than you think so please, be gentle on yourself. It’s easy to forget about the person looking back at you in the mirror. This journey starts with self-love and self-care.

We live in a world where people prioritize the hustle. If you’re not working 24 hours/day, 7 days/week then you may as well be an underachiever. We’re sure you’ve heard the saying, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead!” This is one of the most ridiculous statements we’ve ever heard because it reinforces one of the toxic reasons that leads to an inability to drop those stubborn pounds: a lack of self-care.

One of our goals here at Scale The Limit is to kick that mentality to the curb! Yes, we believe in hard work, but not at the sacrifice of our mental and physical health. Our food program, combined with mindful exercises will help you make self-care a high priority, eliminate toxic thoughts and triggers that may cause a subconscious dependence on food, and build a healthier, stronger YOU, mentally and physically.
