We are launching a new series in the South Bay in February! Inspired Birth Hypno Express - 3 week class. We are offering a new more accessible Hypnosis for Birth series in San Jose. We will be In-person, but virtual or hybrid options can be happily accommodated. 9 hours of in-person instruction plus 3 hours of bonus video content. This fully comprehensive childbirth preparation series will focus heavily on partner support, couples communication, utilizing hypnosis and meditation for childbirth, relaxation, as well as physiologic coping and comfort measures. Our next series begins Sunday Feb 9th from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and will be hosted at Haumea Birth and Family Wellness in San Jose on Hedding for 3 consecutive weeks. Tracie Lynch is an experienced Hypnotherapist, Birth Worker and Childbirth Education teacher of over 15 years.

Inspired Birth is looking for a few expectant families who would be interested in attending a complimentary 3 hour comfort measures class in exchange for use of photographs taken during the class.
