Job Description
Direct Care Staff (DCS) is expected to care for the individuals we support in a professional and compassionate manner. You will be working one-on-one with the Client in their home to assist the Client with their basic needs. Supervision, training, and support from management is provided. It can be very satisfying and rewarding, as the individuals we serve are thankful for quality support and assistance.

Required Duties
● Must be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help, assist, and support individuals
● Assist individuals with taking prescribed medication
● Assist individuals around the house or out in the community
● Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the individual

Pay Rate
The pay rate we offer is between $18-19

📌 We manage cases and give emergency response support 24 hours a day. Case Management prioritizes Individual Service Plan (ISP) reporting and meeting with regional centers to ensure compliance with audits.

📌 Our DCS go through a thorough background and reference check. They are trained to understand and contribute to the progress of the ISP.

📌 We built our culture around diversity, equity, and inclusivity to better serve our diverse communities, and it's part of what we do every day.
