Hair loss is more common than you might think. It affects millions of Americans every year. If hair loss is gradual, it might be harder to see the differences, so here are some warning signs of hair loss:
✂︎ Gradual hair thinning
✂︎ Ponytails and other hairstyles don’t feel as thick
✂︎ A widening part
✂︎ Receding hairline that becomes more visible over time
If you’re unsure, make sure you ask your stylist if they have noticed any visible differences. Sometimes it’s hard to see without someone else’s help, such as the top of the scalp.

It’s official! Summer is here! ☀️Don’t forget your hair needs protection too!
🏖 Try reducing the amount of heat you use on your hair. That sun can be strong!
🏖 To protect against chlorine and other harsh chemicals, use leave-in conditioner. I recommend using Restore Leave In Conditioner!
🏖 And remember to hydrate! Healthy hair and skin requires you to stay hydrated and doctors recommend drinking at least eight glasses of water a day.
