I did something I’ve never done before🙋🏼‍♀️...jumped on and did an Instagram story to share the 30 days to healthy living program 💚 It was me, all me, only me. Have you ever heard "It gets worse before it gets better"?

I’m not going to lie, DAY 1 was H A R D!! I’m basically still on Holiday Vacation mode, which meant sleeping in, grazing all day, and basically total relaxation! So today the alarm went off and I snoozed a few times...or more 🤦🏼‍♀️!

FIRST-HAND experience, the first week on the 30 Days to Healthy Living Program 💚 will most likely be the hardest. And the more toxic you are, the worse your symptoms may be. Cravings, moodiness, irritability, headaches, FATIGUE, loss of appetite, nausea, nasal congestion, GI changes...just to name a few. No worries though - ALL good signs that your body is purging those pesky toxins.

Here's a great little article 📰 and there's a lot more on the web about what to expect during a program like this where we are eliminating foods, changing our outlook and working towards a healthier future! 💚 Just know that it’s ALL normal! These first few days may be "tough times". Focus on the LONG TERM SUCCESS you desire and REMAIN committed. THIS TOO SHALL PASS!!!
