I had the good fortune to find and study Singing Bowl Therapy, an ancient healing technique, with Suren Shrestha this last weekend in Portland. Sound and vibrational healing are ancient healing practices from Nepal, Tibet, and India, where my teacher grew up and studied.

This technique can support you in many ways: decrease anxiety and stress, increase relaxation, calm, and levels of feel good health promoting hormones.

My sister and mom also attended the training, and my sisters words after finishing the training were, "I didn't expect to feel the same eewy gooey relaxed like you do after getting a deep massage."

A huge thank you to all who came and supported the fundraiser! Together we raised $500 to support the dream of terminally-ill adults.

For the month of March, all Reiki treatments were by donation, and half of the cost of the treatment was donated to 

They just sent a woman on a trip to New York with her husband to see a broadway show, and brought a mom from Mexico to see her son who was too ill to travel to say good-bye. Thank you for your contribution, and thank you for all you do 💓🙏 and for being a big facilitator for this.

I've been waiting for the perfect opportunity to fundraise for a local non-profit who makes dreams of terminally-ill adults on the Central Coast come true.

This month felt like a good fit, as March is colorectal cancer awareness month, and many families have lost people much too soon to this disease, including my family. 

For the month of March, all Reiki treatments are by donation, and half will be donated to so they can make more dreams come true. Suggested donation is the cost of the treatment ($75), but any amount will be appreciated.

Included in your treatment: massage on your head, hands and feet, aromatherapy, and warm herbal compresses.

Looking forward to seeing what we can give to make someone's dream come true 💓🙏
