Wade and I finished our 6 weeks of Jin Shin Jyutsu with the City of Pismo Recreation last week and we are thrilled to have more people drop in.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is so amazing and yet it’s challenging to describe since everyone is different. Even if two people are told they have this or that, the underlying is different. We have different genes, conditioning, choices, environments, etc.

In Jin Shin Jyutsu we call helath conditions projects, things we can work on and allow them to unfold.

In the six weeks, we taught the Self Help versiob of the 12 Organ Function Energy flows and three other flows along with other Self Help.

Self Help, as the name suggests, is how we can apply Jin Shin Jyutsu on ourselves, for ourselves. This is different from receiving a session though it is a great thing for in between sessions and for supporting yourself on an ongoing basis.

Sessions are invaluable for when you need a more practiced and traineded eye, dedicated time, and “tweaks”. It’s said that Self Help is about 75-80% as effective as a session! And that’s why we love teaching it.

We are having our last Jin Shin class tonight with the City of Pismo Beach Recreation.

We will be sharing what we call the Toe Flows, three flows that begin in the toes. Each flow has a different energy flow pattern in the body and can indicate what may be out of balance.

The Toe Flows are great for serious projects, deep and chronic. As imbalances remain over a long time, they move deeper into the body, from skin to bone.

If you are in the Five Cities or SLO county, come join us for this last class where we will also show you some hands-on for your family.
