Hydration is a vital part of making sure our bodies are functioning optimally. Staying hydrated in the summer is so important! Try drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily (more if you are nursing). Add in fresh fruit for some extra flavor or ask us about LMNT Recharge Electrolyte Drink Mix available at the clinic.
