TURKEY + PICKLE ROLL UPS
I've been eating this nonstop. Literally, can't get enough.
Protein packed, light & yet sooo satisfying, this is an ideal snack when you need something quick & filling. My go to used to always be protein bars because of the convenience & taste, but I ran out a month ago and never looked back!
At any time in life (for me pregnancy!) protein is a top priority. It'll stabilize your blood sugar, give you some of the macronutrients you need & keeps you fuller, longer.
Not fancy, and yet one of my favorite ideas, the turkey pickle roll up is my new fave.
Here's my variation, but feel free to get creative!
🤤grab a slice of organic, high quality turkey, add some greens, a dill pickle, mustard, black pepper + hot sauce & roll that baby up! ...Lol, that's it....
Talk about a healthy pregnancy craving, am I right???
