Meditation for all ages Gita Nilforoush is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Founder & Lead Teacher. She currently is an Outschool teacher and teaches Mindfulness to kids and teens.

She works with business professionals, parents, teens & kids to reduce stress and burnout of life while finding and sustaining balance and wellness. Gita's journey with meditation began at a young age, igniting her passion for mindfulness and its transformative power. With extensive training and experience, she is an accomplished mindfulness instructor with a deep understanding of Buddhism philosophy and meditation practices. Gita has studied under renowned meditation masters both nationally and internationally, attending numerous courses and retreats to enhance her knowledge and practice. Her commitment to mindfulness led her to complete a six-month meditation teacher training course with the prestigious Willpower Institute in Canada and Thailand. This intensive program awarded her the Meditation Instructor Certificate, solidifying her expertise in guiding others on their mindfulness journeys. Additionally, Gita obtained her mindfulness training through Mindful Schools in California, graduating from the Year-Long certification program as a Mindful Schools Certified Mindfulness Instructor. Her dedication to holistic wellness extends to her training and practice of Yoga, complemented by her Reiki certification. Gita finds joy in sharing her passion for mindfulness with diverse audiences, including executives, parents, teachers, and students. She teaches mindfulness techniques in both private and group settings, empowering individuals to embrace these profound mind-training practices that bring clarity and awareness to their lives. She firmly believes that mindfulness cultivates greater concentration, productivity, resiliency, self-management, and a profound sense of happiness. Specialties:

Hi friends, happy Friday!
*When was the last time you truly showed kindness to yourself?
In moments of stress or self-doubt, we often forget to extend the same compassion and warmth to ourselves that we so freely give to others. But mindfulness teaches us that self-compassion is essential for inner peace.
Take a moment now to try this simple practice:
✨ Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
💖 Picture someone who makes you smile.
🧘 Imagine them sending you kind wishes:
"May you be happy. May you be healthy. May you be peaceful."
Now, gently offer those same words to yourself:
"May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I be peaceful. May I accept myself just as I am."

We are in the midst of a rare Major Lunar Standstill, a cosmic event that only happens every 18.6 years — and it's happening under the bright, bold energy of the Sagittarius Full Moon.
This is a powerful moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and reflect.
The moon is calling us to:
