We recognize the hard work of our dining team, both behind the scenes in the kitchen and on the floor, who always strive for superb customer service. Many of our residents enjoy more than twenty different daily menu selections as well as the interaction with our servers on a regular basis. 🍽️💙

We learned more about the Sukkot tradition following September’s Jewish New Year and Yom Kippur, their day of atonement. This tradition, which involves building a three-sided structure, marks the beginning of the harvest season by offering a special blessing while eating there. 🧡

It’s Fall Y’all! We celebrated our Belmont Oktoberfest with ale tasting and lively German music. 🍻🎶 This talented duo brought the feeling of a cozy beer hall to life with old-time favorites. And of course — “Roll out the Barrels” had everyone clapping and singing along! 👏💃

We celebrated our first Rosh Hashanah by sharing the different memories we had growing up or the ones we started for our own families. ✨ While the memories and traditions varied, there was a common feeling of excitement of ushering in a new beginning, a new year and another chance to live life to its fullest. 🍎🍯

One of our residents got us started back on Earth Day in April and less than six months later, he’s proud of the fruits of his labor. We brought the veggies to our culinary team that plans to use some of the zucchini and other herbs as part of our farm-to-table experience!

We had an elevated wine tasting experience at Rubinos Winery in Livermore where we experienced the Speak Easy Room and portfolio top shelf wine selections. 🍷✨ We learned this Cali-Italian winery dates back to the late 1800’s and did some traditional tasting with cheese pairings. A first experience for some of us and a renewed event for others who had only tasted in Napa and are thrilled to find a new tasting experience in our own backyard!

There was a lot of spirit this year for National Assisted Living Week where we dressed up for Hippie Day, Western, Favorite Sports Teams, Patriotic, Neon and Green Day’s. 💚

We celebrated another first, Grandparent’s Day. ❤️🌟 Our community made no-bake cookies and enjoyed live entertainment. 🍪🎶 It was a true family affair!
