Been dealing with lots of inflammation lately. I had surgery at the end of August and it’s been pretty up and down in terms of recovery. Little things like this latte have been so nice in getting anti inflammatory herbs in my life and it just feels like a treat. I’ll be sharing some more anti inflammatory recipes over the next few weeks.
