We offer a unique & unforgettable experience that combines the healing magic of horses with an individualized journey into whatever is preventing you from living as your authentic self. Being around them always lightens my mood and chases anxiety and other negative emotions away. Most of us have heard the Winston Churchill quote that goes something like "the outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man." It actually goes deeper than that. It turns out the inside of a horse is good for us in many ways too. While going through the 2 year, trauma-informed certification process to become an Equine Gestaltist (TM), I learned more about their special gifts. I have learned that they do in fact possess an inherent intuitiveness and ability to change the energetic vibration of those around them. Our Scientific Study Shows the Efficacy of the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®.

271 people from various regions, backgrounds, and populations were included in this study. And 98% of study respondents found their EGCM session beneficial enough to participate in another EGCM Session.

Findings demonstrated that there was an increase in the feelings of hopefulness and an improved sense of self-esteem and self-worth with the clients who participated in an EGCM session.

The Equine Gestalt Coaching Method is a type of coaching that helps clients bring to their awareness emotional blockages and unfinished business that may be holding them back in their lives.

The personal work the Equine Gestalt Coaches guide their clients through is “in the moment”, deeply tied to somatics (body responses) and experiential in nature.

Equine Gestalt Coaching can be done in private or group settings. In either setting, the EGCM coach will make sure that the environment is safe, confidential, and nurturing, where you are treated with love and respect.

Because this type of coaching often immediately creates a release of energy and emotional blocks, clients feel as if they are leaving their past emotional pain in the sand of the barn where their session was held.

No horse experience is necessary to participate, and you won’t ride the horse during the session. However, if you own or ride horses, you might find a deeper connection to them after experiencing your session.
