Buying foods without the toxins can be so difficult so here are some tips and tricks I use to stick to more natural products. The dirty dozen are heavily polluted with pesticides(stick to organic) and the clean 15 are those which have the least pesticide pollutions. Wishing you a toxin free eating experience!

An assignment I did in the lymphatic system it’s functions and components. The lymph system is used to filter toxins and other substances out of fluid that leaks from capillaries but fails to be reabsorbed. Without the lymphatic system we could accumulate more than enough excessive fluid to kill us, as well as, the toxins lymph nodes breaks down before releasing fluid back into the bloodstream. Here’s some basic anatomy and functions if you’re curious.

A great professor of mine pointed out that the difference between holistic wellness and mainstream health is that we take into account the individual molecules. Looking at things from a cellular perspective makes so much more sense to me!

Sooo I’ve disappeared for a bit, I’ve been dealing with some health issues myself lately! But I finally got diagnosed with EDS and hyper mobility which gives me tons of hope for the future! I want to share a personal experience with loss, joy, and hope included. It may be triggering to those who have lost a child in utero🫶🏻 skip to the bottom for what we used that helped us get pregnant while dealing with what appeared to be infertility in both my partner and I. So, my partner and I after thinking we could not conceive(radiation poisoning on one side and PCOS and endometriosis on the other), we were very surprised to find that we were pregnant shortly after moving in together. Unfortunately we lost this baby at 8wks. This tested our relationship in many ways but I’m grateful to say we are becoming stronger for it. In another twist of events, on the month of our babies due date(February 2025)we found out about our rainbow baby! We decided to keep it to ourselves until we felt sure we were ready! I wanted to share that we used a wild yam root oil my masseuse(Sam@ Hands of Healing in Haskell OK had given me both times before getting pregnant(We didn’t think this was even possible) but it seemed to help balance my hormones and as I said I was using it before getting pregnant and even during until getting on progesterone in the beginning of the second pregnancy. I highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with infertility or hormonal issues, trying to get preggo but struggling. Hands of healing has a website online and I believe can ship most products as well. Show them some love.
