After a year away, I’m returning with a deeper purpose.
When I first started my business, I worked as a Reiki healer focused on transformation. While that work supported many people, it eventually led me to experience burnout and exhaustion myself. That time forced me to reflect, reset, and rethink how I truly wanted to help people grow and evolve.
Over time, my vision expanded.
Now I’m reintroducing my work as mindfulness for athletes and high performers.
And when I say athletes, I don’t just mean professionals.
