Runners: Listen Up🗣️
Rest isn’t always best for a lot of running injuries! Now that’s not a general statement across the board but the automatic response from doctors of “just stop running” shouldn’t be the norm🙅🏾♀️
When it comes to tendon and other soft tissue injuries (majority of running related injuries), you need to load the tissue in a controlled manner to see results. That’s why when you come back to running after a couple weeks off, the pain comes back too🙃
