Eclectic was the first in the herb industry to use freeze-drying technology. By freeze-drying fresh, whole herbs (rather than air or heat drying) Eclectic produces supplements that retain the fresh plants' biologically active constituents and natural potency. Eclectic is now freeze-drying fresh, raw, whole fruit, herbs, and vegetables to provide food powders that can be simply mixed with juice, added to smoothies, or sprinkled on food to boost nutritional intake.
