Your body needs these 5 things:

4. Strength
5. Stability

In my experience stretching hundreds of people, I’ve noticed this is common with women (Especially mamas)

They’re right, random stretching won’t do much, but target stretching + these 5 things…

1. Know what’s uneven
2. Know where you need strength
3. Know where you need flexibility
4. Know where you need more control
5. Know where your motion is limited

If you know what’s going on in your body, you can target places and use stretching as a part of your workouts so you keep your mobility.

What’s the point of getting strong if you can’t move?

Here’s the thing, you need to first figure out what’s going on in your body. Use movement tests to figure it out.

When the upper back gets tight, the shoulders start doing the work.

Leaning forward or rounding forward is a sign your shoulders are suffering.

To free your shoulders so they don’t wear down on you, your upper back needs to move well.

I doing movement tests to find out why you’re feeling imbalanced, then we do the work.

Our body moves in patterns and if we aren’t aware things will start to feel uneven or imbalanced.

Then eventually we get pain during that most ignore.

But if we learn how our body is moving we can catch things before they’re a bigger problem.
