How much water are you drinking? In addition to what I read here, I’ve read that we should be drinking *50% of our body’s weight in water. You can make drinking water a more enjoyable experience by infusing it with flavors like cucumber, mint, favorite fruits, etc. Get creative with your favorite natural flavors, add them to a 1/2 gallon container, refrigerate for a couple hours minimum, and enjoy!

“My doctor recommended The Fibromyalgia Advocate by Devin Starlanyl back in the late ‘90’s. My biggest takeaway was the recommendation to follow The Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears to reduce symptoms. That as well as reduce life’s stress but I’m still working on that 😉 In a nutshell, the guidelines are NO chemicals or preservatives (nothing with more than 3 syllables; if you can’t pronounce it, you shouldn’t eat it - except quinoa, we should eat quinoa) NO sugar, limit gluten, NO “white” ie potatoes, rice, etc. Whole foods and whole proteins. The book also offers information on ‘how to locate local medical, legal, and financial resources.’”
