If you or someone you know are suffering from Fibromyalgia, it’s worth reading this article. Also, I copied my response to a comment in the thread attached.
“My doctor recommended The Fibromyalgia Advocate by Devin Starlanyl back in the late ‘90’s. My biggest takeaway was the recommendation to follow The Zone Diet by Dr. Barry Sears to reduce symptoms. That as well as reduce life’s stress but I’m still working on that 😉 In a nutshell, the guidelines are NO chemicals or preservatives (nothing with more than 3 syllables; if you can’t pronounce it, you shouldn’t eat it - except quinoa, we should eat quinoa) NO sugar, limit gluten, NO “white” ie potatoes, rice, etc. Whole foods and whole proteins. The book also offers information on ‘how to locate local medical, legal, and financial resources.’”
